Farewell Dinner

I hate farewell. Terpaksa control emosi supaya tidak ... hu hu hu. Sedih siut !!!
Yes. She is a model. Lawa siut!!!
Nikki, HR Manager untuk ACMG Group. Office dia pun sebelah office Ahau-Dee juga. Banyak membantu Ahau-Dee dalam memahami budaya kerja di New Zealand.
Tania, HR Manager untuk TIL Group. Beliau paling sedih bila Ahau-Dee hendak kembali ke Malaysia. Lebih-lebih lagi kami banyak travel bersama untuk training for TIL Group.
Heather, she is my Buddy.
Caroline, my English Teacher yang kini sedang berehat selepas melahirkan baby Mia. Ahau-Dee tak akan lupakan jasa baik beliau. She is a great friend. My hot chocolate partner.
Chan, bekas Payroll Manager.
No worries. Ahau-Dee tak minum wine tu ... he he he.
Maria, Contact Centre Manager.
Of course tak termasuk wine.
Rasa macam sama jer ... ha ha ha ... tapi sedaplah. Sayang, Ahau-Dee tak boleh makan banyak : ( tak boleh nak masuk dah.
French Vanila Ice-Cream. Huh! Sampai 3 mangkuk Ahau-Dee makan.
Memang best sangat semalam. (Yes! I can act like a clown jika perlu) ...ha ha ha. Tak boleh nak diceritakan di sini. Pukul 10 malam kita oran pun bersurai. Seperti di duga, Ahau-Dee dapat hadiah lagi ... Hei Matau Green Stone Pendant.
It represents strength and determination and brings peace, prosperity and good health. Also provides safe journey over water.
Manakala Hotel Manager tempat Ahau-Dee tinggal pula hadiahkan green stone pendant juga tapi kali ni membawa maksud 'A New Beginning'.
Group photo sebelum bersurai. Memang Ahau-Dee terpaksa kawal emosi dan cuba cover supaya tak rasa sedih sangat sehingga my boss kata I am so happy to go home. Padahal, sedih sebenarnya.
I'm speechless.

Dear Colleagues,

As you may be aware, my secondment tenure with Sime Darby Motor Group (NZ) Ltd is nearing its end. I will be leaving Auckland and heading to Kuala Lumpur on 30 September 2009. However, starting from next Monday I will be on annual leave. I will be backpacking through the South Island to experience its magical landscape and its wonderful and interesting people and culture.

It is indeed a very sad thing to do; I have grown to love this country and the people. I have made friends with so many people during my stay here, whose hospitality, warmth and friendships I shall never forget.

I am taking this opportunity to thank our Managing Director, Pat McKenna and my Manager, Peter Leathley for giving me the opportunity to be part of the New Zealand team. I also would like to extend my gratitude to the HR team for your continuous support whom without, I shall not be able to carry out my job effectively. Not forgetting, the Leadership Team, Managers and all of you for your support in our Learning and Development initiatives - Thank you. For those who have attended our training programmes, I thank you sincerely for your participation and co-operation given to me throughout the programme.

This is not a farewell note, as I hate saying farewell. I shall be with you in spirit, as I will still be managing our ‘Leadership Fundamentals Blog’ from Kuala Lumpur. Do keep in touch and I can be contacted at
zahidi.ishak@simedarby.com

Finally, I would like to wish you and Sime Darby Motor Group (NZ) Limited – ALL THE BEST!

Until we meet again, take care.

Thanks Wiz. Tu lah I ni pun tengah sedih ni ha. Baru tadi the whole Admin Staff di Audi Showroom ni datang ke bilik I & bagi hadiah and say good bye.

They gave me buku gambar2 di New Zealand ... terharu sangat. Then, email masuk mencurah2 dan one email from Tania really made me cry ... dah tak tahan dah ni.

Nasib baik tak ada orang tengok. I tak sangka yang they really appreciate apa yang I buat sampai begitu sekali.

And yes ... I memang plan holiday ni sejak tahun sudah lagi. tinggal lagi sejam kat sini. Hu hu hu

Kyra,

I've tried not to cry but at the end of the day I failed. Yes. Kena mengaku yang airmata ni menitik jugak ... hu hu hu ... dah tak amcho dah macam ni tapi with the treatment yang I dapat, macam mana nak kawal kesedihan kan?

Honestly, this is one of the best working experience that I ever had.

Thanks Jean. Yes. It's a mixture feelings ... happy dan sedih. I can't wait to go home and catch-up with friends and being a new me but at the same time still very sad to leave Auckland but life goes on kan.

As you always said ... live for the moment, I'm going to enjoy every moment that I have in New Zealand.

At this time, I'm actually with my adik-adik kat sini preparing for our dawn meal. So nice. Dah almost 2 am tapi still tak tidur and esok nak travel ni ... he he he

But the most important thing is I enjoying the moment : )
