So, there is no reason for me to mengaku kalah ... kena terus berjuang ... and as at today my weight is 94 kg ...which was never happened for the past 4 years.
Turun 3 kg dari sebelum ini dan setakat ini aku telah turun 13kg.
Nampaknya the 2nd phase membuahkan hasil ... cuma tidak boleh terus leka ...
kena terus berjalan tanpa henti ...
